Easy Implementation
PayDayPortal.com’s streamlined process, outlined below, allows you to implement our solution in just a few days. Purchase the PayDayPortal Membership here, then go through the following process to set up your location.
1. Provide POS system details for integration
- When you integrate with PayDayPortal.com, we integrate with your POS system to assimilate and collect all your sales and employee data. You will first have to provide us with some information about yourself, your organization, and which systems you are currently using.
2. Meet with a dedicated implementation specialist
- You will then select a preferred date and time to meet with one of our Integration Specialists. During this meeting your Integration Specialist will complete integration with your POS and payroll systems and configure your PayDayPortal.com account.
3. Complete a pre-integration checklist
- We’ll send you a simple-to-read and -understand pre-integration checklist after scheduling your appointment.
Access 1-on-1 live online training
- At the end of your integration appointment, you will be able to access and log in to your PayDayPortal.com account. You’ll schedule a one-on-one account overview and training with your dedicated account manager, who will work with you over the first 30 days.

- For existing Gratuity Solutions' clients, and organizations interested in PayDayPortal.com, PayDayPortal.com membership connector becomes the clear choice for payroll. The payroll reconciliation files that traditionally had to be generated, consolidated, and then manually entered or uploaded into other payroll platforms can now be fully automated to incorporate all of the time punch and earnings detail from the POS system and seamlessly transmit that data into the PayDayPortal.com Membership.
Time-Tracking and Attendance
PayDayPortal.com collects and consumes all data related to new hires and terminations, transfers, TIPS, service charges, wages, sales records, and commissions. PayDayPortal.com syncs with your time clock and/or POS system with our server-based agent and/or cloud-based API hub.
Retail stores with Direct Service Employees:
- Generally, there are no TIPS paid in Retail. However, many retail locations incentivize their employees with commissions or hours worked against sales related earnings quotas. Commissions can be calculated based on gross profit, quotas, or revenue thresholds. For example, if you run a retail jewelry store, you may pay sales representatives 5% of their total sales value as commission in addition to their base salary.
